Benefits tailored to your needs

• you choose the capital paid in case of death or PTIA: from €30,000 to €1,000,000
• you freely designate the beneficiary(ies) of the death benefit, including outside your family circle
• you can modify at any time the amount of capital, the chosen options and the beneficiary(ies). For example, after certain family events (marriage, PACS, birth, adoption), you can also increase the guaranteed capital within the limit of 20% of the insured capital(4) based solely on a simplified health questionnaire, subject to the Insurer's acceptance
• in case of death, an emergency capital of €10,000 is paid within 48 hours(5) to cover initial expenses only in case of designation of a single natural person as first-rank beneficiary.

Specific taxation

The death benefits paid to the beneficiary(ies) do not enter into the estate for tax purposes and are not taxed as such. Only the premiums paid by the deceased are taxable within the framework set by the General Tax Code. In case of Total and Irreversible Loss of Autonomy (PTIA), the capital paid is exempt from income tax.
