An SCPI (Real Estate Investment Company) is an investment structure managed by real estate professionals.

It collects funds from, among others, individual investors in order to acquire and manage a rental property portfolio. Each saver investing in the SCPI thus becomes a "partner" in the company and holds part of the real estate portfolio in the form of shares.

Unlike, for example, shares, these shares are not listed on the stock exchange.

SCPI belong to the category of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS).
